If you do not file the Acceptance of Service within 30 days of the time-stamped date on the divorce complaint, you will have to re-file the initial forms from Step 1. We will need to create a "Praecipe to Reinstate Divorce Complaint" document, which will need to be filed first, and then file the Acceptance of Service within 30 days of the Reinstated Divorce Complaint.
